Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

* Item must be unused
* In original condition
* In original packaging with tags

Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn items
  * Custom or made-to-order pieces
  * Limited edition items
  * Discounted items

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only if:

* The item is defective
* Replacement is not available

If approved:

* Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable
* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)
